At least someone is interested in security aspect of the multiplayer client. People usually don't care much about what their computers do. The problem is these automated analysis tools (and AVs in general) are extremely stupid. It detects legit things as suspicious. Crysis itself contains much worse things than the multiplayer client. For example, PunkBuster. We should thank Crytek for making PunkBuster optional so we can easily avoid that crap. By the way, our EXE is actually the cleanest one available. It's 100% DRM-free and open-source, unlike the original files and all those "cracks" that contain a lot of SecuROM garbage doing evil things with your system. Especially in 64-bit version. Just go to Bin64 folder and remove "b64.dll" file (64-bit SecuROM library). None of those dirty EXEs can launch 64-bit Crysis without that SecuROM crap. Only "game.exe" can do that. It also contains few useful fixes. For example, it correctly fixes the famous Crysis startup crash on modern AMD processors caused by a bug in CryEngine CPU feature detection, so no broken workarounds messing with CPU affinity are needed.
About that high GPU usage, well, this is Crysis. My GPU is heavily loaded too when Crysis is running. Just try LAN game without the multiplayer client. You will see there's no difference in GPU load. If your graphics card cannot handle full load, you should want your money back, because it's definitely a broken product. By the way, what's your PC specs?
